What's the difference between the Free, Advanced, and Pro tiers?
The Free tier allows you to add 1 sport and upload up to 3 videos. Advanced tier ($9.99/month) lets you add up to 3 sports with 3 videos each. Pro tier ($19.99/month) offers unlimited sports with 10 videos per sport. All tiers include full access to scout and team manager discovery.
How do scouts and team managers find my profile?
Scouts and team managers can search by sport, position, skill level, and location. Make sure your profile is complete and your videos are set to public to maximize your visibility. The more detailed your profile, the easier it is to be discovered.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We take privacy and security seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and never shared without your permission. Parents have full control over youth player accounts, and you can adjust your privacy settings at any time.
Can I upload videos from my phone?
Yes! Our platform is fully mobile-responsive. You can upload videos, update your profile, and manage your account from any device - phone, tablet, or computer.
What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, MOV, and AVI formats. Videos should be under 500MB for optimal upload speed. We recommend 1080p resolution for the best viewing experience.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. You can also downgrade to the Free tier if you prefer.
How long do you keep my videos?
We automatically delete all videos after 1 year. This is a key privacy feature that sets us apart from other platforms. Unlike apps that keep your data indefinitely, we believe in data minimization—we only keep your videos as long as they're useful for recruitment (typically a few months). After 1 year, videos are permanently deleted to protect your privacy.
